How long does a This Works pillow spray last?
A This Works pillow spray should last several weeks to months, depending on how many times a night and the number of beds it is used on. Typically if used nightly on just your bed sleep plus pillow spray lasts around 3-4 weeks for 50ml and 5-8 weeks for 100ml. Deep sleep pillow spray lasts around 4-6 weeks for 75ml, 3-5 months for 250ml and 6+ months for 400ml. Use 1–2 sprays nightly as part of your sleep routine.
What is the best sleep routine to follow?
A good sleep routine should be simple, consistent and repeated nightly. What is the difference between Deep Sleep and Sleep Plus?
Deep sleep pillow spray is designed to help you fall asleep faster, with an immediate-release Functional Fragrance of Lavender, Vetivert and Wild Camomile. Sleep plus pillow spray is designed to help you stay asleep for longer, using motion-activated fragrance technology that releases the same proven fragrance as you toss and turn. Choose Deep Sleep if you struggle to drift off, and Sleep Plus if you tend to wake during the night.
How do I fix my sleep schedule?
To help reset your sleep schedule, keep a consistent wake time, get morning light exposure and reduce bright light and screens before bed, as light helps regulate melatonin and the body clock.
