Small moments of joy, like laughing with loved ones or cuddling a pet, activates our parasympathetic nervous system and releases dopamine and serotonin. Dopamine has been associated with reward and pleasure seeking and is known as the 'motivation molecule'. Serotonin is associated with mood regulation and is best known for eliciting feelings of happiness.

There are over 3000 studies worldwide relating to self-compassion and the benefits it has on both our mental and physical health. Being self-critical towards our body leads to greater levels of body dissatisfaction, self-hatred, and low self-esteem and activates the sympathetic nervous system, our fight or flight response. This increases cortisol in our bodies, which can lead to stress and inflammation impacting both our mental and physical health.

Methodology
1. Study Objectives
The primary aim of this study was to evaluate the performance and user satisfaction of perfect legs skin miracle over a 28-day period. Specific objectives included:

- Assessing user satisfaction with the product after first use and over time.
- Evaluating the compatibility of the product’s color across a range of skin tones.
- Measuring overall user perceptions, including texture, application ease, and visual results.

2. Study Design
Type of Study: Quantitative user study with self-assessment questionnaires.
Duration: 28 days.
Product Use Protocol: Participants applied the serum once daily to the target area as per provided instructions.
Sample Size: 80 participants.
Assessment Points: Participants completed self-assessment questionnaires at four intervals: after the first use, after 7 days, after 14 days, and after 28 days.
Participants: Aged between 18 and 55+, including both men and women. Participants self-identified their skin tone using the Fitzpatrick Skin Type Scale, with types 1-5 included in the study.
Data Analysis: Results from the self-assessment questionnaires were collected and analyzed by an independent statistician.

3. Results
88% said skin looked radiant.*
