Sleep plus pillow spray has been tested in independent user studies to assess performance and user satisfaction.

2. Study Design
Type of Study: Quantitative user study with self-assessment questionnaires.
Product Use Protocol: Participants sprayed the pillow spray onto their pillow as per provided instructions.
Data Analysis: Results from the self-assessment questionnaires were collected and analysed by an independent statistician.
Participants: 100 subjects with self-diagnosed sleep issues compared to a placebo. Sleep plus pillow spray has also been tested on 91 peri-, post- and menopausal women.

We conducted a Polysomnography (PSG) study which records brain waves, the oxygen level in the blood, heart rate and breathing, as well as eye and leg movements on 28 participants to test the effectiveness of sleep plus pillow spray. Studies showed that using the spray had a significant impact on sleep, in particular REM sleep. Total sleep time, sleep efficiency and duration of deep sleep all increased, while there was a decrease in the time it took to fall asleep, fewer changes of position during the first two hours and less sleep fragmentation – all reflecting a quieter, more peaceful sleep.*
