Rating - Another CP guest (Brugge). Great product! I've been using it for a year and a half now! I ran out of the spray but still have the oil and use it whenever I have a blocked nose or simply want to sleep better. Does wonders!

Rating - Another Crowne Plaza convert! I have to say I experience a much more disturbed night's sleep when I don't use this. We have bought the full-sized deep sleep pillow spray and deep sleep stress less, which is excellent too!

Rating - I was also introduced to this with a stay at Crowne Plaza, Reading. I used it at the time and thought it was good . I have recently been suffering from sleepless nights due to the joy of menopause and remembered that I had this product. It works for me by helping me to relax and get to sleep - and STAY asleep. I have no idea why it works but I now think it is great and am about to order some more. Thank you Crowne Plaza for introducing me to This Works' sleep kit!
