The skin also experiences it's highest temperature and skin permeability contributing to transepidermal water loss.

Melatonin, released during the night, has an anti-oxidant effect which studies suggest protect skin against damaging UV light directly and also by promoting melatonin dependant biological pathways. Shortening our time exposed to darkness reduces the release of melatonin which can contribute to the adverse effects of UV on the skin.

Chronic short sleep and disruption of circadian rhythm are correlated with signs of accelerated skin ageing and diminished skin barrier function.

Methodology
1. Study Objectives
The primary aim of this study was to evaluate the performance and user satisfaction of my wrinkles extreme moisturiser over a 28-day period. Specific objectives included:

- Assessing user satisfaction with the product after first use and over time.
- Measuring overall user perceptions, including texture, application ease, and visual results.

2. Study Design
Type of Study: Quantitative user study with self-assessment questionnaires.
Duration: 28 days.
Product Use Protocol: Participants applied the product once daily as per provided instructions.
Sample Size: 42 participants.
Assessment Points: Participants completed self-assessment questionnaires at four intervals: after the first use, after 7 days, after 14 days, and after 28 days.
Participants: Women aged between 18 and 55+.
Data Analysis: Results from the self-assessment questionnaires were collected and analyzed by an independent statistician.

Has the product changed?

Yes. As well as repackaging it into a more sustainable pot, we have reformulated the product so it contains the same powerful actives but with a creamier, silkier texture.

Is this suitable for menopausal skin?

Yes, this product has been tested by peri-menopausal, menopausal, and post-menopausal women, and has been found to be effective.

Is this suitable to use during pregnancy/breastfeeding?

Yes, our extreme moisturiser can be used during and after pregnancy (whilst breast feeding).

When should I apply this product?

This product should be applied in the morning on cleansed skin. We recommend following with an SPF to protect the skin from environmental aggressors.

What is the difference between my wrinkles extreme moisturiser and my wrinkles midnight moisture?

My wrinkles extreme moisturiser helps protect skin from premature ageing caused by exposure to the environment during the day. My wrinkles midnight moisture actively repairs damaged skin and helps reduce dryness, which commonly occurs at night.
