Counter Manager

We are currently looking to hire an Counter Manager to manage This Works’ counter in John Lewis Kingston, driving retail sales and developing the business in line with business goals. This is an exciting opportunity as it is our first in-store site fully staffed by the Brand.

The Counter Manager will work closely with their Regional Sales & Training Manager to deliver monthly and annual retail targets as well as take full responsibility for the day to day running of the counter & execution of This Works’ new Brand service; the BodyclockTM Facial. As a new service, the Counter Manager plays a key role in launching and enhancing the concept, with regular reporting to Head Office Retail & Training team.

We are looking for the successful candidate to show a strong passion for skincare and beauty. Previous experience working in retail is key and you must be confident in providing excellence in customer service, as well as a strong sales performance.

National Account Manager

We are looking to hire a National Account Manager to be responsible for national account management for key partners – initially within the Travel Retail sector and with key distributors internationally. They will be leading a multichannel business strategy to develop both brand awareness and customer experience.

Candidates must have a proven track record in managing national accounts, preferably from within skincare or a major brand. They will need to be able to present the brand and product ranges to a selection of major retailers and negotiate commercial terms to build sustainable long term business plans. They will be responsible for establishing the targets for each account and for robust follow up on performance. Their mission is to continue to grow the business in all areas of sales, developing the brand image across distribution and ultimately delivering bottom line profitability.
