This is an amazing product. I have trouble sleeping sometimes and gave this a whirl after hearing good things about it in reviews. The Sleep Plus arrived yesterday and I sprayed it all over my pillow last night and actually got up at 6.30 this morning instead of pressing snooze a hundred times!
