When I first used Active Serum...I gave myself a smug little nod of approval in the mirror. Organic products are being launched by the truckload at the moment but this is one of the few to offer a serious challenge for effectiveness to the chemically loaded ranges, so I'm giving this the Natural Product of the Year award. This serum penetrates the top layers of the skin where the “Active” ingredients get to work.
These include Sesame Protein Complex, for skin tightening and hydration, Yellow Green Algae, to protect from environmental stresses, and Ginseng to energise. The serum also contains large amounts of Vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant which adds instant radiance to the complexion. The serum also contains Rosewater and Guava which hydrates the skin.

Using a serum is like taking vitamins- a serum offers a treatment for the skin because the Active ingredients are geared to providing something extra, such as skin tightening, refining lines or making the skin look brighter. A moisturiser is used to hydrate the skin to ensure that the moisture levels are maintained.
