Sleep well with a range of products and tips from this works to help you sleep better.
Creating a restful atmosphere is key in helping you unwind and relax before bedtime. Start by turning off the TV and radio, and other electrical appliances. Light a few aromatherapy candles (such as Lavender and Vetivert ) to create a warming ambience, and add a few drops of Deep Calm Hot Stone Essence to your burner. The Hot Stone Oil Burner maintains the perfect temperature for diffusing essential oils, which means you can leave it on all night and not worry about it overheating. (Remember to switch it off in the morning though!)
Having a warm bath before bed also helps calm the mind and body. Add one capful of Deep Calm Bath and Shower Oil to your run bath for a deeply relaxing and calming soak. And why not have a mug of chamomile tea in your bath which will soothe your stomach and help aid sleep.
By now you should be feeling much more relaxed and ready for bed. As a final touch why not spray your pillow and bed sheets with the Deep Calm Pillow Spray before you get into bed for all night long Lavender and Vetivert comfort.
If you are kept awake at night with worry, try and stay rational. You won’t be able to change anything at 3am, and things are usually clearer in the morning with a refreshed mind. It can sometimes help to have a note pad by your bedside to jot down what it is that is worrying you- in the morning it won't seem so bad!
And if you haven’t had enough sleep…

Tired and puffy eyes can be helped enormously with formulations that contain Cucumber, Peppermint, Aloe Vera and so on- such as Tired Eye Serum.
