| Overall Role Purpose:- + To support the Global Sales and Operational functions of This Works, in order to develop the overall Business with a greater % of time focused on client management. As a growing business you will need to work as part of the team in all areas of growth of sales, the development of the brand and bottom line profits. Role Accountabilities:- + To develop an existing customer base, achieving targets and continually looking for opportunities to increase Trade Account Sales, either by up selling or increase store outlets or through promotion. + To manage the planning, preparation and executions of promotions and PR with all Accounts assigned to you. This may involve supporting Events in person. + To develop a prospects pipeline in the market places assigned to you, working with these accounts through all stages of the sales process until conversion + To support and co-ordinate any necessary tasks with other Account Managers and Product Development. Or where specific skill areas add value to the business the Managing Director may require assistance from time to time. | |
