When will my order arrive?
We currently offer three UK delivery options:
1.Standard 2nd Class Delivery (3-5 working days): FREE
Delivery in the UK is by Royal Mail 2nd class post.
2.Standard 1st Class Delivery (2-3 working days): £2.95
Delivery in the UK is by Royal Mail 1st class post.
3.Next Day Delivery: £7.95
Orders must be placed before 2pm GMT between Monday and Thursday and be to a delivery address within the UK. Deliveries must be signed for. Certain destinations may take a little longer.

How do I return my order?
We do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order. If you are not, returning your order is simple. Please visit our Returns Policy for full details.
Why don’t you ship to Australia, New Zealand or Hong Kong?
Due to the distribution agreement we have in place with Mecca and Harvey Nichols we are unable to ship directly to Australia, New Zealand or Hong Kong. Please buy from these retailers directly.

Are your products organic?
90% of the essential oils we currently use are from plants which are organically grown although not necessarily with organic certification. We believe this is the best way to guarantee the highest quality ingredients at any one time. Organic harvests vary year on year and we constantly strive to perfect product quality. We are committed to producing products that really work and do what they say and organic is not necessarily the guarantee of quality and performance. We are committed to honesty and are not trying to jump on the organic bandwagon. We only launch products that we are able to produce to our exacting standards.
Are your products natural?
All our products have natural ingredients and we do not use parabens.
How long can I keep my product for?
All our products use natural ingredients and we do not use parabens, therefore please use your opened product within 6 months. Unopened products have a shelf life of 2 years. Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?
None of our products contain ingredients at levels that should cause concern during pregnancy. However, some people choose to avoid products such as our bath oils and muscle therapy as these contain pure essential oils at higher levels than the rest of our product range.
The only product that is specifically made for pregnant women is stretch mark oil 100% natural. It can be used during and after pregnancy and is highly recommended to help maintain the skins elasticity to prevent or improve the appearance of stretch marks with natural ingredients.
If you have any concerns at all we have to advise that you show the ingredients list to your GP or pharmacist and ask their opinion before using any of our products.
Are your products tested on animals?
What does retinol do?
Retinol is a naturally occurring from of Vitamin A and is found in fish liver oils, eggs and some plants e.g. Carrots. Retinol treats skin ageing by increasing the amount of collagen and increasing cell renewal. It thickens the skin and reduces pigmentation.

The pump on my product is not working. What should I do?
Occasionally an air bubble gets trapped inside the pump, preventing it from dispensing properly. Should this happen, hold the bottle upside down and bang it against a hard surface several times. (Remember not to do this on a surface that will mark). This method usually clears the air bubble successfully.
