Sales and Marketing Executive (USA/Europe)
To support the Business Development Director and General Manager USA in the delivery of the company's commercial results through management of allocated key accounts. These to be managed and measured through strong financial results on all KPI's, as well as in keeping with the Brand values and strategic objectives.
You will act as the primary representative and contact point for the European and USA markets from within the UK Head Office. You will be managing all requirements from the Head Office for these designated regions
To support the delivery of web sales growth and online visibility across a variety of digital marketing channels both directly through Thisworks.com and on other partner sites. Working with the Ecommerce Manager you are expected to contribute to the day-to-day running of the Company's Magento website, as well as drive commercial results in this channel.
As a key contact for the This Works customer, you must be able to represent the brand in a professional and consistent manner.

PA to CEO
Initially offered on a temporary basis with the possibility to go permanent, this role is to provide primary support to the CEO with secondary responsibilities across the customer service function for the business. Their time will be split between these two areas – approximately 70 percent PA to 30 percent Customer Services. In providing a full PA service to the CEO they will need to manage all day to day aspects for administrative elements such as diary coordination, travel arrangements, meeting preparation etc. On Customer Services they will act as one of the primary points of contact for all customer service calls and queries which need to be processed with efficiency and in line with the Brand's standards for service excellence.
They must be conscientious, responsible, loyal and discreet, serving as an ambassador for the Brand and the CEO at all times. Liaising internally with all members of staff, as well as externally with shareholders and a wide variety of contacts they will be the representative and coordinator for This Works at all times. They will need to be able to work autonomously and make correct judgment calls on time and work requirements
