Ecommerce Executive


To support the delivery of web sales growth and online visibility across a variety of digital marketing channels both directly through Thisworks.com and on other partner sites.  Working with the Ecommerce Manager you are expected to contribute to the day-to-day running of the Company's Magento website, as well as drive commercial results in this channel.

As a key contact for the This Works customer, you must be able to represent the brand in a professional and consistent manner.

Logistics Manager


Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the Logistics Manager is responsible for ensuring a first class delivery of the logistics process within This Works across dedicated regions.  They must ensure all steps are taken to deliver products to market on time and in a cost effective manner.  They must manage the external warehouses and suppliers, as well as the stock needs of the team internally. Their key mission is to ensure total transparency at all times of stock availability and location. They must be able to manage a tight inventory to maximise both cash flow and sales needs.

As a key support to the business they must be able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external parties and establish clear lines of communication to achieve service excellence in the delivery of established targets.

As a key brand ambassador and member of the management team, they must convey the spirit and values of the brand across a variety of areas through dynamic and professional management and service delivery
