Specific roles we are recruiting immediately include:

Team Assistant:
Based at our head office in Wimbledon, SW19 This role will provide support for the entire This Works team, including one to one support for the Managing Director and more generally across all of the departments. The successful candidate will be one of the primary points of contact for all customer service calls and queries which need to be processed with efficiency and in line with the Brand’s standards of service excellence.

We are looking for someone who is conscientious, responsible, loyal and discreet, serving as an ambassador for the Brand at all times. Liaising internally with all members of staff, as well as externally with shareholders and a wide variety of contacts they will be the representative and coordinator for This Works. They will need to be able to work autonomously and make correct judgement calls on time and work requirements.

Regional Training and Field Sales Managers: 

Based out in the field, in both the South and North of England we are looking to hire high calibre commercially focused managers. These individuals will be responsible for managing retailer accounts across our portfolio to ensure growth in sales and brand awareness.

Their focus will be on achieving agreed wholesale and retail targets across designated areas through regular visits, stock and merchandising reviews, and development of strong partnerships with key accounts. To support this they will need to be able to create and deliver training tools for use by retailer staff.

As key brand ambassadors they must convey the spirit and values of the brand across a variety of environments through dynamic and professional management.
