Reporting to the Finance Director the Accounts Assistant will be required to support the provision of a first class finance function for the business. This will cover specific responsibilities for purchase ledger, supplier reconciliations, petty cash and expenses, BACS processing and assisting on sales ledger, credit control and year end activities.
They will act as a key support for the various different teams to facilitate their daily responsibilities requiring financial input.
Marketing and NPD Assistant
The primary function for this individual is to support the Marketing Director and NPD team with all tasks and projects associated with brand development and general marketing activity for the business. They will support the marketing and NPD functions in all administrative tasks and business processes which relate to branding, general marketing and NPD. In addition to day to day routine tasks, they must remain flexible and open to support on any ad hoc projects which the business decides to undertake from time to time.
They will be required to demonstrate an ability to be organised, analytical, flexible and adaptable. They must be a safe pair of hands across these functions to help ease day to day pressures for the team.
This individual will need to work across multiple projects and be able to collate the needs and requirements of the various team members they support. Prioritising and clear communication will be key to success for this individual.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the global marketing plans for This Works across all categories to maintain and build brand equity, as well as support sales. Encompassing international markets such as US & Europe, as well as significant activity in the UK home market, marketing plans must support all key strategic objectives of these countries. A full 360 approach to planning is required encompassing all relevant channels, supported by strong financial planning and reporting.
The role requires high level of category management to achieve the Brand objectives and contribute to business performance. Working closely with both Product Development & the Communication teams to influence new product strategy and communication plans and assets. This individual must be a true team player building strong relations with the Sales team to support key accounts and achieve targets.
They will be expected to be a key Brand Ambassador conveying the spirit and values of the Brand across all areas of their responsibilities.
